Ultra SCSI RAID Controller

CMD’s ORD-5640 is a hot-swappable, second generation "Viper" hardware and firmware archi-tectureOEM RAID controller. The ORD-5640’scompact size makes it easy for the OEM to use existing enclosures or to design custom pack-aging to take full advantage of the ORD-5640’s environ-mental monitoring and fault tolerant features. It supports RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 4, and 5 along with advanced fea-tures such as active/active failover and Ultra SCSI host and disk ports. Based on CMD’s modular CRD-5500 RAID array controller, the ORD-5640 provides the same levels of performance and advanced features in a single board.
