Submitting a support question
If you are experiencing problems with your system you can email tech support wts@jescdrom.com. please include a copy of the system page. This will provide our support staff with the information it needs to quickly find the problem.
Please note that the DiscZerver Cyclone is no longer in production, thus there are no future firmware upgrades beyond version 7.
To bring up the system page, from your web browser's address enter (the ip address of the server/admin-cgi/system)
If it worked your screen should look like the following.

Once you have the system page displayed,
1. From the File menu click on Save As, Select file type HTML name the file systempage.
2. email the file along with detailed description of your problem, the more info you give the better we can quickly solve the problem. In the subject type "Tech support needed. email address wts@jescdrom.com
