If you need to reset the controller back to its factory settings for what ever reason, do the following.

Get your hands on a paper clip.  On the front of the controller, locate the "10/100" light and follow in a straight line down to the bottom of the controller.  there you will see what looks like vent grills.  One of the grills has a small push button hole.

Place the paper clip in the hole and hold it in place.  Now follow carefully.

While holding the button in place with the clip, watch the status light change from GREEN to AMBER to REDWhen the RED light goes out, release the clip.  The status light will immediately return to green again.  Don't worry.  In a few moments the controller will start to reset itself.

Note:  The firmware is designed to first look for a DHCP server.  If it finds one it will acquire an address.  If no DHCP server exists, the status light will eventually start to blink AMBER.  This is telling you that the unit has been assigned an addresss of 10.10.10.10.

In order to communicate with the unit you will need to change the IP address of your work-station to 10.10.10.12.  Once you have that done open your web browser and type 10.10.10.10 and you will walk through the installation wizard.
