If you need to reset the controller back to its factory settings for what ever reason, do the following.

1.    Get your hands on a paper clip.

2.    One the back of the tower, to the left of the network connection there is a small hole.  Inside there is a push button.  Turn the tower off.

3.    

A. Place the paper clip in the hole and hold it in place.  

B. Turn the tower back on.  

C. Now, on the front of the tower watch for the status light to blink amber,         release the button.

D. Wait 5 seconds, push the button back in, and wait till the status light turns solid amber release the button again.

E. Wait another 5 seconds and turn the tower off.  The controller has now been set to the factory default.
