Q: I just received this tower.  There is no documentation.  How can I get it to work???

A: I get this question a lot.   So, here is the easiest way to find out what you are working with.

First the tower is either a Caching tower or a CDROM /DVD tower.  When you open the front door if you see all CDROM drives, then you have a cdrom tower, other wise it should be a Caching Tower.
