Submitting a tech support case

From your web browser's address enter (the ip address of the server/admin-cgi/system)

If it worked your screen should look like the following.  

Once you have the system page displayed, 

1.    From the File menu click on Save As, Select file type HTML name the file systempage.

2.    email the file along with detailed description of your problem, the more info you give the      better we can quickly solve the problem.  In the subject type "Tech support needed. email address wts@jescdrom.com
